About two weeks for a five-page site. The only thing that reliably slows it down is waiting on content: photos, copy, service lists, and so on. If photos are the holdup, that's what the shoot is for.
Completely. The domain is registered in your name and the hosting account is in your name. A custom-built site comes with every source file on launch day; a site built on a platform like Squarespace or WordPress lives in an account that belongs to you, not to us.
Yes. E-commerce ranges from six products to six hundred, with inventory, shipping rules and tax to sort out, so it's scoped individually on the call.
Sometimes. If it's a solid platform that's been neglected, new photos and a refresh may be all you need. If it's a slow, dated theme fighting you at every turn, rebuilding is usually cheaper than repairing.
